Afro-Edwardian

Edwardian elegance, African soul — high necklines, corseted grace and grand puff sleeves, reimagined in Adire, Ankara and heritage weaves.

The story

Period drama, rewritten in African cloth.

Afro-Edwardian takes the theatre of the early 1900s — the leg-o'-mutton sleeve, the pintucked bodice, the sweeping high waist — and rewrites it in the colours and cloth of the continent. Rust and emerald, gold and cream; corseted structure softened by billowing organza. It is heritage tailoring worn with a modern woman's confidence — old-world grandeur, unmistakably ours.
